Aspiration of MSDA Towards Diving Industry in Malaysia – Dive Operators.
With Malaysia Scuba Diving Association (MSDA), we hope that local dive operators would be able to:
Together promote inbound diving and shape Malaysia’s diving industry's future;
To be a member of MSDA, an association promoting the interest of Malaysia’s dive operators;
To comply with the international standards of scuba diving;
To see Malaysia’s dive operators grow and sustain their business;
To create more economic benefits and employment for local communities;
To help develop more young Malaysians to become dive professionals;
Aspiration of MSDA Towards Diving Industry in Malaysia – Recreational Divers.
Our aspiration towards the diving industry in Malaysia for the recreational divers are:
To support and further gain knowledge on conservation programs/projects;
To further develop safe diving skills to avoid contact with marine life;
To choose dive operations that are environmentally-friendly and comply with the international scuba diving standard;
To adopt environmentally-friendly practices before diving, while diving and after diving;
To maintain the cleanliness of the tourist attractions by preventing the introduction of garbage, solid waste, and toxic substances into the marine environment;
To enjoy your diving trip by going through responsible and experienced dive operators/agents.

Aspiration of MSDA Towards Diving Industry in Malaysia – Government.
Our aspiration towards the diving industry in Malaysia from the Malaysian Government:
To recognise Malaysia Scuba Diving Association as part of the local tourism marketing arm;
To acknowledge that scuba diving is one of the safest sports for youth. i.e. school children and university students;
To enhance the infrastructure of the diving destinations in Malaysia, i.e. public toilets, telecommunications, accessibility, etc.
To support and promote the conservation projects that will be conducted by the members of MSDA;
To acknowledge and support the effort of dive operators in making sure that Malaysia is among the best diving destinations in the world.
